License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Site for business purposes, including viewing our solutions (Logistics Automation, Property Management, Case Tracking, AI Automation, and White Label Solutions) and requesting consultations.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping data, or interfering with the proper functioning of the platform.
Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, software architecture, code, and images—are the exclusive property of LSBC Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
White Label Solutions: Specific terms regarding white-label software distribution, licensing, branding rights, and custom deployment will be governed by a separate master services agreement (MSA) entered into between LSBC Ltd and the client.
Consultations: Initial consultations requested via our Site are subject to availability and our scheduling policies.
Pricing & Billing: Fees for our software solutions, custom AI automation, and ongoing support services are outlined in individual service contracts or invoices. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon billing cycles.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSBC Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill—arising out of or in connection with your use of our software or website.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to LSBC Ltd for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the past twelve (12) months.
Our Site and software solutions are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive to maintain high standards of enterprise-grade security and reliable performance, we do not guarantee that the Site or software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
